The LightWalker® II is built around dentistry's two most clinically effective laser wavelengths, each chosen for its unique interaction with oral tissue:

Er:YAG (2940 nm) The gold standard for hard and soft tissue ablation. Ideal for cavity preparation, bone work, soft tissue surgery, NightLase® snoring treatment, and periodontal treatment. The Er:YAG wavelength is the world's fastest-cutting Erbium laser — outperforming even mechanical drills in speed and precision.

Nd:YAG (1064 nm) Exceptionally effective for deep disinfection, coagulation, and tissue tightening. The Nd:YAG wavelength penetrates deeper into tissue, making it ideal for periodontal pockets, and haemostasis during surgery.

TwinLight® Treatment Concept

What sets the LightWalker® II apart from any other dental laser is its ability to use both wavelengths together in a single treatment — the TwinLight® concept.
